Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment Specialist

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel – guest rooms, public spaces and service areas – is clean, well‑maintained and ready to deliver a memorable experience for guests at Al Samriya Autograph Collection.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality, quality standards and professional appearance at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving and arranging objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Commitment to safety, quality and guest satisfaction.
• Professional demeanor, including appropriate uniform and communication.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; physical stamina and attention to detail are essential.
