About the role
The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet the highest quality standards after cleaning. This role coordinates with housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry teams to maintain a seamless operation.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool areas for cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies, and prioritize cleaning tasks.
- Communicate room‑status changes, coordinate with the front desk, and document issues.
- Assist housekeeping management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and company policies, reporting any hazards or incidents.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related housekeeping experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lb unassisted and perform physical tasks required for housekeeping supervision.
