About the role
Join IHG’s hospitality team in Doha as a Lifeguard responsible for the safety and enjoyment of guests at our hotel pool facilities. You will work in a vibrant environment within the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn properties, ensuring a secure and welcoming atmosphere for swimmers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise pool areas and ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Enforce pool rules and safe swimming practices.
- Perform regular cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of pool facilities.
- Respond to emergencies following established action plans.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred.
Required skills
- Pool lifeguard qualification.
- First aid and CPR certification.
