About the role
We are seeking a customer‑focused, sales‑driven individual to join our Customer Sales & Service team in Qatar. In this hourly‑paid position you will deliver high‑quality service, guide learners through our Teaching Centre offerings, and help achieve sales, conversion, retention and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent, multi‑channel customer service and support registrations.
- Conduct consultations to recommend appropriate learning pathways.
- Promote British Council products and services to prospective learners.
- Meet or exceed defined sales, conversion and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in sales or other customer‑facing roles.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic speaking is preferred.
