Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team within the Accor network. You will play a key part in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Assist guests with their requests, coordinating with the Supervisor and Coordinator for timely service.
• Personalize guest experiences while respecting privacy and handling belongings with care.
• Supervise end‑of‑day closing of the service area, ensuring equipment is safely stored.
• Prepare trolleys with adequate stock of amenities, cleaning supplies, minibar items, and fresh linen.
• Monitor rooms marked with “Make Up” or “Do Not Disturb” signs and adhere to those indications.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Preferably female, with prior experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Physically active and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
