Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures guest rooms, suites and public areas are cleaned and serviced to the highest standards, contributing to a memorable stay for guests at our luxury Doha hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
• Maintain kitchenettes, refrigerators, coffee makers, and related equipment within guest rooms.
• Notify supervisors when rooms are ready for occupancy and report any rooms that cannot be serviced.
• Report repairs, unsafe conditions, and lost‑and‑found items according to procedures.
• Monitor and control housekeeping supplies, minimise waste, and assist with deep‑cleaning projects.
• Coordinate with other departments, respond to guest complaints and special requests, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Perform turndown duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning role.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow standard operating procedures and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with supervisors, guests and other departments.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and upholding brand values.
