About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly office environment. This includes light cleaning duties, linen replenishment, and occasional errands.
Key responsibilities
- Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas to meet health standards.
- Vacuum, shampoo carpets and upholstery, sweep, scrub, wax or polish floors using appropriate equipment.
- Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, transport trash to disposal areas, and replace light bulbs.
- Run errands such as taking laundry to cleaners and purchasing groceries.
- Dust, polish furniture, equipment, silver accessories and metal fixtures.
- Wash windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork and perform basic maintenance requests.
Required profile
- High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent).
