Housekeeping Manager

About the role

Andaz Doha is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across the property. You will oversee guest rooms, public areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and the laundry and dry‑cleaning operations while supporting the brand’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of housekeeping, including guest rooms, public areas, and non‑kitchen back‑of‑house zones.
• Manage laundry, dry‑cleaning, linen, and uniform services for guests and staff.
• Control budgets, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a large housekeeping team to meet performance targets.
• Address guest concerns promptly and maintain high service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Proven ability to manage large teams in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
