About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at our Oaks Al Najada property in Doha. The successful candidate will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness across rooms, public and common areas.
- Build professional relationships with housekeeping staff, guests and contractors.
- Support the team in delivering excellent cleaning services.
- Oversee daily on‑the‑job training for all cleaning employees.
- Maintain accurate financial, maintenance and inventory records.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a housekeeping team.
- Experience controlling budgets and managing supplies, replacements and consumables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
