About the role
Lead HR operations and talent strategy for a financial institution across the MENA region, supporting workforce planning, employee experience and leadership initiatives within a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HR operations and talent strategy across key business units.
- Improve workforce planning, employee experience and leadership support.
- Support regulatory alignment and organisational capability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Required profile
- Strong HR leadership experience in banking, insurance, fintech or asset management.
- Exposure to GCC financial services preferred.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C‑suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
