HR Recruiter & Administrator (Full‑time, Doha)

About the role

Society Qatar is seeking a full‑time, on‑site HR Recruiter and Administrator to join its dynamic team in Doha. You will play a pivotal role in attracting talent and ensuring smooth HR operations that support the company’s fitness, wellness, and community‑focused mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and support onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, prepare contracts, and handle HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll and benefits coordination.
• Update HR databases and generate reports.
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR policy guidance.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Background in HR administration, including record‑keeping and contract preparation.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and basic Qatar labor regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
