About the role
Alftek is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to support civil construction projects in Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar. The role focuses on maintaining a safe work environment through inspections, risk assessments, and compliance with local HSE regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Perform risk assessments and develop corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE requirements and project safety policies.
- Manage permit‑to‑work (PTW) processes, toolbox talks, incident reporting, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in civil construction projects in Qatar.
- NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
- Experience on major civil construction projects is preferred.
