About the role
OISSG Consultancy is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Expert to be nominated for a government‑sector assignment in Qatar, leveraging extensive experience with Qatari public entities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage workforce planning aligned with Qatari government requirements.
- Design and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, and HR policies.
- Oversee performance management systems and conduct training needs assessments.
Required profile
- Minimum 17 years of HR experience, preferably with Qatari government entities.
- Relevant bachelor’s or postgraduate degree and advanced professional credentials.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Qatari government HR frameworks and approval processes.
- Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, job description development, HR policy formulation, performance management, and training needs assessment.
