Human Resources Manager – F&B / Retail Café

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions for a premium café chain operating in high‑end locations across Qatar. This role partners closely with Operations to build engaged, customer‑focused teams and ensures compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for café operations, support functions, and management roles.
• Partner with Operations to build engaged, customer‑focused teams.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Oversee onboarding, training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Coordinate employee documentation, visas, QID renewals, and HR administration.
• Monitor HR metrics including recruitment, turnover, retention, and labour costs.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and premium guest service.

Required profile

• Solid experience in Food & Beverage or retail café environments.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling visas, QID renewals, and HR administration.
