In-Room Dining Order Taker

About the role

The In‑Room Dining Order Taker delivers personalized, high‑quality service to guests by accurately receiving and coordinating in‑room dining requests at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha. This position is essential to ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests staying in the resort’s luxurious rooms and suites.

Key responsibilities

• Receive in‑room dining orders via phone, tablet, or in‑person request.
• Enter orders accurately into the property’s ordering system.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen and service teams promptly.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to guest rooms.
• Address guest inquiries or special requests related to in‑room dining.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous, guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
