About the role

The In‑Room Dining Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service to guests staying at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar. Working in a luxury beachfront environment, you will create memorable dining experiences directly in guests’ rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous in‑room dining service, presenting menu items with vivid descriptions.
• Take orders, recommend beverages and dishes, and answer guest questions about menu options.
• Ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery of food and drinks to guest rooms.
• Clear and reset trays and tables according to Four Seasons service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to special requests, and resolve any concerns quickly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and equipment.
