Industrial Cyber Security Specialist (ICS/OT)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to protect our Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will design, implement and maintain security controls for critical infrastructure across sectors such as oil & gas, energy, utilities and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain defense‑in‑depth security controls for SCADA, DCS, PLC, SIS and related OT assets.
• Develop and enforce OT cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans and gap analyses for industrial networks.
• Monitor OT security events via SIEM, IDS/IPS and endpoint solutions; investigate incidents and lead response activities.
• Configure industrial firewalls, enforce network segmentation and secure remote‑access solutions.
• Perform system hardening, patch management and baseline validation for OT devices.
• Prepare compliance documentation, support internal and external audits, and maintain audit trails.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience securing SCADA, DCS, PLC, SIS or HMI environments.
• Background in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, utilities, manufacturing or similar process industries.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF and NIST SP 800‑82 standards.
• Proven ability to lead incident response and conduct root‑cause analysis in OT settings.
