Information Communication Technology Teacher

About the role

This full-time, on‑site position is for an Information Communication Technology (ICT) Teacher in Doha, Qatar. You will plan and deliver engaging IT and computer‑science lessons aligned with the school curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Deliver classroom instruction and assess student performance.
• Provide individualized feedback and support.
• Integrate digital tools and supervise practical computer‑lab activities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, attend staff meetings and school events.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher status with proven lesson‑planning experience.
• Subject‑matter expertise in Information Technology and Computer Science.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and families.
• Relevant teaching certification or license and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Education, or related field.
• Experience teaching ICT at school level, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Strong classroom management and commitment to inclusive, student‑centered teaching.
• Willingness to work in Doha and adapt to diverse cultures.
