About the role
The Information Technology Project Manager will lead and coordinate IT projects within the PMO, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables, develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Allocate and manage resources, monitor progress, control risks and report status to stakeholders.
- Lead execution, quality assurance, testing management and project closure activities.
- Support PMO operations, RFP development, vendor selection and act as focal point between business units and suppliers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a bank or financial institution’s IT PMO.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Project Management principles, policies and procedures.
- Portfolio and relationship management.
- Strong IT background and experience with digital transformation initiatives.
