About the role
Shella Consultants is seeking an Instrument Technician specialized in electrical systems for an Oil & Gas shutdown project in Qatar. The role involves maintaining, testing and troubleshooting electrical instrumentation on site.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, test, maintain and troubleshoot electrical instruments used in plant and shutdown operations.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and documentation requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, plant maintenance or shutdown projects.
- Proven knowledge of electrical instrumentation systems and ability to work on‑site for extended periods.
Required skills
- Electrical instrumentation maintenance
- Troubleshooting of electrical instruments
What we offer
- Salary of QAR 75‑80 per month (as advertised) or per day as per project terms.
- 8‑hour duty schedule with overtime, free food and accommodation provided on site.
