Integration Director (Cross-Pillar)

About the role

The Integration Director (Cross-Pillar) leads end‑to‑end integration across the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), IT/OT Bridge and API Gateway backbones. The role supports relocation and requires strong architectural and project‑management credentials.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full integration lifecycle for ESB, IT/OT Bridge and API Gateway platforms.
• Manage cross‑pillar interfaces, co‑author integration design documents (IDD) and oversee commissioning sequencing.
• Chair the internal integration working group and coordinate with the LTDC/IMIWG.
• Identify and resolve cross‑domain data‑flow, latency and boundary issues.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in large‑scale systems integration, preferably spanning both IT and OT domains.
• Proven track record of integrating 100+ systems within a single programme.
• Strong stakeholder leadership across technical and commercial teams.
• Certifications: TOGAF and PMP.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in airport or critical‑infrastructure integration and familiarity with ISA‑95 or Unified Namespace concepts.
