Interior Designer / Architect – CRM & Showroom Sales Coordinator

About the role

CASTAMO Furniture & Interiors seeks a qualified Interior Designer or Architect to combine design expertise with structured client follow‑up, CRM management and showroom sales support. You will work evenings and weekends, ensuring the showroom closes smoothly each night.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website and advertising campaigns using GoHighLevel CRM.
• Enter and maintain accurate client data, qualify prospects, book and confirm showroom appointments.
• Follow up on quotations, design approvals, material selections and reactivate old enquiries.
• Prepare moodboards, furniture layouts, product selections, quotations and basic design presentations.
• Welcome showroom visitors, assist with furniture, colour and finish choices, and support the sales team during meetings.
• Coordinate with design, technical and production teams to gather required information.
• Maintain a clear sales pipeline, submit daily activity updates and weekly CRM reports.
• Manage the showroom during assigned shifts and complete the closing procedure at 10 PM.

Required profile

• Qualified interior designer or architect with a solid understanding of furniture and interior design.
• Strong client‑service mindset and ability to follow a structured sales journey.
• Available to work the specified schedule (Mon‑Thu 1‑10 PM, Fri 2‑10 PM, Sat 1‑10 PM, Sun off) and close the showroom at 10 PM.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM or similar CRM platforms.
