Interior Designer – Sales Focus (Furniture & Décor)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Interior Designer who combines strong design expertise with a sales mindset. You will translate client needs into attractive interior solutions while actively guiding the sales process from initial meeting to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and present customized interior design concepts.
• Act as a sales consultant, advising on furniture, materials, finishes and product selection.
• Prepare design presentations, including 3D/2D drawings, mood boards and material specifications.
• Create quotations, manage sales offers and follow up to close deals.
• Coordinate with design, production and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay current with design trends and product knowledge.
• Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of interior design experience with a proven sales record.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Energetic, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

• 3D Max or other rendering tools (preferred)
