About the role
We are seeking motivated, customer‑focused IT Support professionals to join our Help Desk team in Qatar. The role is entry‑level (Level 1) and offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise in a supportive environment.
Required profile
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Qatar or GCC work experience required
- Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of IT Help Desk / Level 1 technical support
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware, software, printers and basic networking
