IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Group Manager to lead IT infrastructure and service‑desk operations across our group of companies in Qatar. The role will define and enforce common standards, drive platform consolidation and ensure consistent service delivery across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Group‑wide infrastructure standards for servers, virtualization, cloud and backup environments.
• Lead the Group service desk, establishing service levels, escalation procedures and quality metrics across all locations.
• Drive consolidation of platforms, tenants and licensing, and create a repeatable onboarding process for newly acquired entities.
• Manage a distributed technical team covering systems administration, cloud operations and service‑desk support.
• Oversee vendor relationships, infrastructure budgets and cost allocation among operating companies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple companies or business entities.
• Strong people‑management background with responsibility for distributed teams and budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive adoption of standards beyond direct reporting lines.

What we offer
