IT Manager / Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager / Digital Transformation Manager to lead the technology agenda of a leading construction organisation in Doha. The role will shape the company’s IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and ensure reliable, secure enterprise-wide technology operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic technology leadership and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Oversee enterprise applications such as ERP, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.
• Drive digital transformation projects and introduce AI, automation, and construction technology solutions.
• Manage IT vendors, licensing, and service providers.
• Maintain IT governance, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery frameworks.
• Prepare and control IT budgets, roadmaps, and investment plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Successful delivery of digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
• Experience in large multinational organisations, preferably in construction, engineering, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
