IT Project Manager (Finance Background – Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a finance background and fluency in Arabic to lead and deliver IT projects in Doha. You will manage teams, third‑party contractors and ensure projects meet scope, budget and timeline requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, plan, execute and finalize IT projects while managing budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, report to senior management and oversee external service providers.
• Conduct post‑project reviews and drive continuous improvement of project management practices.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of project management experience, at least 5 years in a leadership role within a financial institution.
• BSc in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and work under pressure.
