IT Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to lead technology and cyber‑security hiring projects in Doha. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to meet critical workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for IT, cyber‑security, digital transformation and related technical roles.
• Utilise direct sourcing, headhunting, networking, referrals and professional platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate data and reporting in Zoho Recruit.
• Support workforce planning, mobilisation activities and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in IT, cyber‑security, digital transformation or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and networking skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Direct sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Zoho Recruit.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
