IT Software Sales Specialist – Relocate to Qatar

About the role

The IT Software Sales Specialist will promote iHorizons' portfolio of products and services to new and existing customers across multiple sectors in Qatar. This position requires full relocation and will manage the complete sales life‑cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post‑sale account development.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through professional networks, cold calling and other prospecting methods.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor, qualifying opportunities and aligning iHorizons solutions with customer needs.
• Collaborate with clients to design solutions, select appropriate technologies and position iHorizons as the preferred vendor.
• Own the bidding process, ensuring high‑quality proposals and bid packages up to contract signing.
• Provide market, account, competitor and bid intelligence to senior management.
• Negotiate and close small to mid‑size deals independently; support senior management on large‑deal negotiations.
• Achieve or exceed revenue targets through new logo acquisition and cross‑/up‑selling to existing accounts.
• Maintain a single point of contact for customers, overseeing bidding, project implementation and after‑sales support.
• Monitor project status, identify issues or opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex IT or software solutions to large organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to understand customers' technology environments and business objectives.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Qatar and work onsite.
