IT Specialist – Cluster

About the role

The IT Specialist – Cluster will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing the hotel’s computer networks, workstations and server systems. The role includes providing end‑user support, training staff on system use and security, and ensuring reliable network operations across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet and server environments.
• Maintain hardware, software, user accounts and telephone rooms.
• Provide technical guidance, respond to error messages and coordinate with vendors for major issues.
• Plan and execute equipment moves, additions, changes and system enhancements.
• Implement network security measures and manage disk space and backup procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets and ensure backup media are stored securely.
• Support guests and staff with courteous, professional service and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lb and work on stairs or ramps.
