IT Specialist – Hotel IT Coordinator

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as an IT Specialist who ensures that technology enhances every guest experience. You will provide comprehensive IT support, maintain critical systems, and uphold the high standards of hospitality that define the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including servers, workstations, printers, and networking equipment.
• Monitor and manage the hotel’s network infrastructure to guarantee reliable, secure internet connectivity and data protection.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel staff across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain property management systems (PMS), point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and other specialized hotel applications.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and data‑backup procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in IT support and network management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, wireless technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
