About the role
Join the motivated team at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha as an IT Specialist. You will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading and supporting the hotel’s technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless operation of all critical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Manage physical and virtual server infrastructure, including networking, data, voice and Wi‑Fi.
- Oversee property management (PMS) and sales & catering (S&C) system upgrades and alignment.
- Support central profile, reservations, revenue management and other core hospitality applications.
- Maintain middleware interfaces, data warehouse, reporting and Business Intelligence integrations.
- Administer sales force automation, CRM, point‑of‑sale, accounting, procurement, inventory, IP TV and HR management systems.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, operating systems and networking fundamentals.
