IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to deliver day‑to‑day technical assistance to end users across Qatar. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, handling incidents and service requests, and ensuring smooth operation of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to end users.
• Log, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
• Support user accounts, devices, and software‑related requests.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
• Assist with device deployments, software installations, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Follow IT service management processes and procedures.
• Deliver professional and timely support to end users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical support roles.
• Experience supporting end‑user devices, applications, and IT services.
• Knowledge of incident management and IT service management processes.
• ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft or other relevant technical certifications are preferred.
