IT & Systems Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT & Systems Support Specialist to join our Doha office. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to all employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services while maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily IT support to staff across all departments.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, barcode printers and scanners.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Assist users with ERP system problems and provide basic training.
• Set up computers, email accounts, Microsoft 365 and user access for new hires.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and basic security settings.
• Monitor office networks, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity and shared devices.
• Maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support.
• Perform routine maintenance, software updates, backups and health checks.
• Keep accurate records of IT assets, software licences and warranties.
• Document technical procedures and system configurations.
• Recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, technical support or system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Currently based in Qatar and available to join immediately.
