Key Account Manager – End User & Trade

About the role

The Key Account Manager will support and generate DEWALT & STANLEY sales from channel partners in the End User & Trade business in Qatar. The role involves setting and meeting sales targets, managing commercial objectives, and developing communication strategies to strengthen relationships with end‑users and trade partners.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with key accounts across Qatar in the construction and oil & gas sectors to increase DEWALT & STANLEY market share.
• Focus on key projects, ensure category‑wise penetration and close rate contracts with service plans.
• Propose value‑added solutions through product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for DEWALT & STANLEY to become market leaders.
• Conduct product and safety training, as well as job‑site events for end‑users.
• Collaborate with distributors: train sales force, manage inventory, ensure market coverage, and hold bi‑weekly reviews.
• Drive trade‑market branding, promotions, and increase coverage by adding new partners.
• Introduce new product introductions (NPI) to create strong brand differentiation.
• Submit stocking proposals to distributors based on the opportunity pipeline.
• Perform market research on new products and relay the voice of the customer to marketing and product management.

Required profile

• Experience planning sales promotions, activations, and merchandising.
• Strong relationship‑building skills to interact with clients at various levels and collaborate with dealers and customers.
• Proven experience in end‑user and trade channel sales, preferably within construction or oil & gas.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and distribution partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
