About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in Doha. In this full‑time position you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our B2B clients, ensuring they receive exceptional value and service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts.
- Develop strategic relationships with key clients to drive retention and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, operations, and support—to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and present KPI results to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
- Experience in the telecom or technology sector is a plus.
