Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant creates a safe, energetic, and memorable experience for the youngest guests at a luxury resort. You will be the primary point of contact for families, ensuring smooth registrations, clear communication of schedules, and strict adherence to safety and allergy protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome families, manage registrations, and provide schedule details.
• Maintain the Kids Club area clean, organized, and fully sanitized.
• Supervise children, enforce check‑in/check‑out procedures, and uphold child‑to‑adult ratios.
• Resolve minor conflicts, soothe homesickness, and apply positive behavior management.
• Design and lead daily activities such as arts & crafts, scavenger hunts, pool games, themed parties, movie nights, and outdoor sports.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children in a hospitality or resort setting.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Police clearance from country of residence.
• High energy, patience, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work in hot or humid weather for extended periods.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
