Kids Club Supervisor – Hotel

About the role

As a Kids Club Supervisor at a luxury hotel in Doha, you will create a safe, fun and memorable experience for young guests. You will lead daily activities, ensure high standards of hospitality and support the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome families, register children for the club, collect payments and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Plan and supervise a variety of activities such as arts & crafts, story time, swimming and outdoor excursions.
• Monitor children at all times, ensuring safety and compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
• Maintain activity areas, equipment and supplies in clean and orderly condition.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to coordinate schedules and special events.

Required profile

• Strong integrity, leadership and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to take ownership and act with urgency.
• Experience working with children in a hospitality or recreational setting is preferred.
