About the role

Join Ninja Ramen’s vibrant kitchen team in Doha as a full‑time Kitchen Staff member. You will support chefs in preparing authentic ramen and side dishes while maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a fast‑paced, halal‑certified environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook ramen and side dishes according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain a tidy, hygienic workstation and ensure all kitchen equipment is clean.
• Restock supplies, manage inventory, and assist with kitchen equipment cleaning.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong food‑preparation and basic cooking skills, preferably in a restaurant or fast‑paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Effective communication for coordinating with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
