Lead – Lifestyle Improvement for Residential Communities (Outsourced)

About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead lifestyle improvement initiatives across residential communities in Lusail. The role focuses on designing, delivering and continuously enhancing programs that boost resident wellbeing and community vibrancy, in line with Qatari Diar’s vision of quality living.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifestyle improvement and wellness programs for assigned communities.
• Research resident preferences and market trends to design relevant amenity experiences.
• Create program plans, partnership agreements and activation calendars.
• Analyze participation and satisfaction data to refine offerings.
• Coordinate with facilities, service providers and O&M teams to implement amenity programs.
• Mentor and coach support staff and coordinators on program delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensure safety, sustainability and confidentiality of resident data.
• Track KPIs such as resident participation, satisfaction and amenity usage.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to program delivery or vendor reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in lifestyle management, community programming, hospitality or wellness operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Lifestyle/Leisure Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in lifestyle, wellness or hospitality are advantageous.
