About the role
The Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI applications, conversational agents, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise needs.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI‑driven services using Python, FastAPI, Django, and REST APIs.
- Build and integrate generative AI models, LLMs, and RAG pipelines with tools such as LangChain, Google ADK, ReAct, OpenAI, and Google Gemini.
- Design vector‑database schemas, embeddings, and semantic‑search capabilities, and perform prompt engineering.
- Evaluate LLM performance using RAGAS, DeepEval, and other evaluation frameworks.
- Develop microservices, manage PostgreSQL databases, and ensure robust cloud deployment on Google Cloud, Vertex AI, and Docker.
- Maintain AI application security, tool‑calling mechanisms, and MCP server integrations.
Required profile
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong background in AI/ML, generative models, and enterprise‑grade cloud solutions.
