Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead all human‑resources practices centred on training and professional growth. You will partner with senior leaders and employees to embed a culture of continuous learning across our luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups and manager consultations.
• Design, implement and monitor learning programmes, including workshops, seminars and e‑learning modules.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness and adjust content as required.
• Promote a positive work environment and strengthen organisational culture.
• Collaborate with the Director of HR and senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Analyse HR metrics to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost‑effective initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements and conduct regular audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end restaurant environments.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects with precision.
• Commercially minded with awareness of market trends and guest expectations.
• Collaborative mindset thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
