Learning & Development Officer

About the role

The Learning & Development Officer will drive employee growth and professional development at Andaz Doha. Working closely with department leaders, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training initiatives that support the hotel’s service excellence and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs across all departments and create tailored learning solutions.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and deliver engaging training programs, both internal and external.
• Maintain accurate training records and monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and regulatory standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and support talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with leaders to enhance employee skills, improve performance, and boost colleague engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training, L&D, HR, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs.
