Leasing Director – Real Estate

About the role

A reputed property development company in Qatar is hiring a Leasing Director. The role covers end-to-end leasing operations for residential villas and apartments and commercial properties such as retail shops, street shops and office units, with a focus on lease negotiations, tenant retention and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate leasing, including significant experience as a Leasing Director or in a senior management role.
• Mandatory experience in the GCC market; Qatar experience is preferred.
• Proven track record managing broker networks, developing leasing strategies and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Leadership experience managing leasing teams and knowledge of local market trends, leasing regulations and tenant management practices.
• Candidates currently living in Qatar or another GCC country are welcome, provided they have mandatory GCC real estate leasing experience.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
• Organizational skills, including analyzing leasing performance and preparing management reports.
• Proficiency in property management software (Advantage), MS Office, reporting tools and presentation skills.
