Leasing Executive – Real Estate (Doha)

About the role

The Leasing Executive will manage property leasing activities in Qatar, generating leads, conducting viewings, negotiating terms, and meeting leasing targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, owners, and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leasing leads through property portals, referrals, and networking.
• Identify prospective tenants, understand their requirements and budget.
• Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information.
• Negotiate rental rates, terms, and conditions within company guidelines.
• Manage the leasing process from initial enquiry through agreement signing and handover.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects to convert leads into successful leases.
• Keep an updated database of available properties, leads, and leasing activities.
• Coordinate with property management, administration, finance, and maintenance teams for smooth tenant onboarding.
• Support lease renewals and work towards improving tenant retention.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Monitor Qatar rental market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular leasing reports and achieve monthly and annual targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven leasing/real estate experience in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar rental and property market.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve leasing/sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship and follow‑up abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and professionally presented.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
