About the role

Stranger Soccer is seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to launch and grow its football‑focused brand in Doha. As a License Owner & Operator you will build a local community, manage day‑to‑day operations and drive revenue through performance‑based rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand the Stranger Soccer brand in Doha.
• Recruit, train and lead a small local team (2‑3 members) supported by Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues and schedule regular games.
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition through digital campaigns and local initiatives.
• Oversee game operations, ensuring an outstanding player experience.
• Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer headquarters and technology teams.

• Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
• Experience in management, operations, sales or other customer‑facing roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow the brand locally.
