About the role
The Lobby Ambassador delivers memorable guest experiences at the Delta Hotel City Center in Doha. You will guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring smooth interactions and showcasing local highlights.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Share information about local attractions and amenities.
- Move around the lobby area, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
- Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications needed.
