Local Tester - Qatari Nationality

About the role

BlackNGreen is seeking a Local Tester to join its AI solutions team in Doha. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on validating new features and enhancements across AI‑powered products, ensuring high quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and execute functional, regression and integration test cases.
• Log, track and re‑test defects using defect‑tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and business analysts to clarify requirements.
• Review user stories and requirements, preparing test documentation and test plans.
• Provide feedback on usability, reliability and edge cases.
• Suggest process improvements and support QA best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in software testing concepts and test case design.
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify edge cases in complex systems.
• Experience with test management and defect‑tracking tools.
• Basic exposure to automation testing tools or scripting (e.g., Selenium, REST API testing).
