Logistics Manager – FMCG / Beverages

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics, warehousing and distribution for a fast‑growing FMCG and beverage business in Doha. The role oversees three warehouses, ensuring product availability, efficient stock movement and high service levels across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operations across 3‑4 warehouses, covering receiving, storage, inventory, picking, loading, dispatch and stock control.
• Plan and execute transportation and distribution activities, optimizing routes, fleet utilisation and delivery schedules.
• Monitor logistics and warehouse KPIs such as OTIF, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, productivity and cost.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement and Finance to ensure seamless product availability.
• Implement stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO) and maintain SOPs, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and drive improvements in warehouse productivity, transportation efficiency and logistics costs.
• Lead, develop and manage logistics teams across all locations.
• Control logistics budgets, monitor operating costs and prepare regular operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of logistics experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing multiple warehouses and third‑party logistics providers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPI data and drive cost optimisation.
• Excellent leadership and team development capabilities.
• Knowledge of Qatar’s health, safety and logistics regulations.
