Logistics Officer – Inbound & Outbound Operations

About the role

The Logistics Officer is responsible for managing the full spectrum of inbound and outbound activities, ensuring smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers. This role requires close coordination with carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal teams to maintain accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Control receipt of merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and handle damaged goods.
• Process purchase transactions and share forwarder invoices with finance.
• Manage outbound shipments, coordinate with clearing and forwarding agents, and monitor turnaround time.
• Arrange transportation, track shipments, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Collaborate with service and warehouse teams for seamless execution.
• Verify export customs documentation and manage ownership transfers.
• Maintain stock movement in the warehouse management system and ERP, conduct monthly stock audits.
• Coordinate invoicing with planning, finance, service, and credit teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Strong communication skills with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
